We are committed to providing excellent service and timely turnarounds for all of your projects. It is important to us to maintain a high level of accuracy and execute your projects with the care and attention they deserve.

To help us achieve this goal, we have developed a system through which you can send us your website, email and graphic design requests. This will insure that we receive the information we need so that we can complete the task in the most efficient and cost saving manner possible.

Please use this form for regular website updates and small design projects. For larger and more involved projects, contact us directly by emailing Anya McManis at amcmanis@kreativekeystrokes.net.

Turnaround times: Most website update requests will be handled within 48 hours. If our schedule allows, and the changes are minor, we may complete them in less time. If you have a rush job requiring a turnaround of less than 24 hours, additional fees may apply.

To get started, click on “Submit a Ticket” and fill out all the required fields. The comment box allows for long messages so you can explain in detail what you would like us to do.

  • Please be specific.
  • Make sure the text you are sending is free of errors and typos and is exactly as you would like us to post it.
  • If you have changes to several pages of your website, you can copy and paste the page URLs into the comment box along with the respective changes

You will receive a message letting you know that your request has been completed and you can check the status of your requests by clicking on the “View existing ticket” link.
